About the site
This website is the portfolio and service showcase of Jônatas Levi (Levi.dsn). By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Rights to the content
The text, images, videos and the Levi.dsn brand are protected by Brazilian copyright law (Law 9,610/1998) and industrial property law (Law 9,279/1996). You may not copy, reproduce or use this content without written permission.
Client brands belong to their owners and appear here only as portfolio work. Fictional projects and AI-generated mockups are labeled on each project page.
Published prices
Prices on the site are a reference and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one in the written proposal for each project.
Hiring
Every job starts with a written proposal with scope, timeline and price. Unless the proposal says otherwise:
- payment is 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, or 100% upfront;
- up to 3 rounds of revisions are included;
- a 24-hour rush adds 30%;
- extra revisions and changes in scope are quoted separately;
- the timeline starts once the upfront payment and the required materials arrive.
Delivery and usage rights
Once paid in full, the client receives the final files and the right to use them for the purpose agreed in the proposal. Source files, source code and the transfer of copyright are included only if the proposal says so.
The work may be shown in the Levi.dsn portfolio unless there is a confidentiality agreement.
Client materials
The client guarantees they have the right to use the text, photos, logos and other materials they send, and is responsible for them.
Links to other services
The site links to WhatsApp, email and Instagram. Those services have their own terms and policies, for which Levi.dsn is not responsible.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code where it applies. The courts of the service provider's place of residence have jurisdiction, without prejudice to a consumer's right to use the courts of their own place of residence.
