Who is responsible
This website is the portfolio of Jônatas Levi (Levi.dsn), a designer based in Santa Gertrudes, São Paulo, Brazil. He is the controller of any personal data processed through the site, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018).
What the site collects
The site has no forms, sign-ups, logins, or tracking or advertising cookies. It doesn't ask for your data.
Like any website, the hosting service logs technical access data to run and protect the site: IP address, browser type, page visited, date and time. These logs are not used to identify you or for advertising.
When you get in touch
The WhatsApp, email and Instagram buttons take you to those services. The conversation happens there and is also subject to their own privacy rules.
Whatever you send me (name, phone number, email, project details and files) is used only to reply, prepare a quote and do the agreed work. The legal basis is the performance of a contract and the steps that come before it (LGPD, art. 7, V).
Your data is not sold and not shared for marketing. It is only shared when the work requires it (for example, with a print shop, with your knowledge) or when the law requires it.
How long it's kept
Data is kept for as long as the conversation or project lasts and, after that, for as long as needed to meet legal and tax obligations and to defend rights in any legal proceeding.
Your rights
Under the LGPD (art. 18), you can ask at any time for:
- confirmation that your data is processed, and access to it;
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data;
- data portability;
- information about who it has been shared with;
- withdrawal of consent, where consent is the legal basis.
